Hi, I’m Aesha Vaidya
Your Go-To Physio for Pain Relief & Performance

I’m a Registered Physiotherapist with a passion for movement, healing, and helping people get back to what they love—pain-free and stronger than ever. I specialize in musculoskeletal injuries and sports rehab, combining hands-on techniques with evidence-based practice to deliver real results, often from the very first session.

I’m certified in Acupuncture, Dry Needling, and Pelvic Floor Therapy, and I tailor every treatment plan to you—your injury, your goals, your lifestyle. You won’t just be lying on a table; you’ll be an active part of your recovery, fully informed and empowered every step of the way.

What drives me? Seeing the spark in someone’s eyes when they realize they can move again. It’s why I never stop learning and continuously upgrade my skills through advanced training and certifications.

Outside the clinic, I’m either chasing a tennis ball, hitting the golf course, or recharging with family and friends. I believe in balance, joy, and pushing limits—both mine and yours.

My mission? To make a real, insane impact in the physiotherapy world and help you live your best, pain-free life.

Hi, Dr. Connor Dean
Your Chiropractic at Midas Physiotherapy!

I graduated with Honours from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and earned early acceptance into the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where I finished Summa Cum Laude. I'm also certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture through The FIT Institute—it's all built my foundation for top-notch care.

With a lifelong love for athletics—from provincial gymnastics and swimming to national diving, plus recreational soccer, hockey, and beyond—I've gained a true passion for movement, peak performance, and smart recovery.

I treat a broad range of conditions using evidence-based manual therapy, with a special focus on sports therapy and family chiropractic. As a certified Complete Concussion Management Inc. (CCMI) provider, I offer baseline testing and tailored recovery plans to get you back in the game safely.

I aim to foster an approachable, supportive space where you feel informed, confident, and fully empowered in your healing journey.

Beyond the clinic, I stay active, hit the water for fishing, explore new travels, and keep diving into the latest on fitness and nutrition—always pushing for that next level!

I can't wait to team up and support your path to feeling stronger and more vibrant. Let's get you moving!

Hi, I'm Kristine Fualo
Your Physiotherapist Assistant at Midas Physiotherapy!

With over seven years in the healthcare world, I've thrived on hands-on work with patients, delivering therapy and unwavering support that fuels my deep passion for guiding people through tough times and elevating their lives.

Right now, I'm chasing my Physiotherapy license while rocking roles as a Physiotherapy Assistant and Patient Coordinator alongside Aesha-it's boosted my confidence and drive to soar even higher in this rewarding field. My dream is to build a lasting career in Physiotherapy right here in Canada, joining teams that offer safe, effective, and heartfelt care to clients for the long haul.

I'm also diving into studies as a Personal Support Worker to gain a fuller perspective on clients' needs, especially for our seniors. I'm a huge champion of physical activity for everyone, but I've seen firsthand how it transforms bedridden elders into vibrant, independent souls-it's truly life-changing!

Outside the clinic, I chase the thrill of running and obstacle course races, a passion carried from my home country. That rush of crossing the finish line? It pushes me to shatter limits in every corner of life and work.

I'm overjoyed to be part of the Midas Physiotherapy team, serving those who trust us with dedication, respect, and compassion. From your first step in to your confident stride out, we're all in on delivering top-notch care-let's make your journey amazing!
