Rotation Stretch to the Left

Instructions: Place the towel around your neck, and grab each end with the opposite hand (right-hand grabs the left end and left grabs the right). Position the towel so that the edge is resting on an area of stiffness.

Now, grip the ends of the towel firmly. Turn your head to the left. At the same time, pull the end of the towel with your left hand, forward and slightly upward. Hold this position for a few seconds, feeling a gentle stretch.

Return to the center and repeat 5-10 times, then switch to the other side.
