Hi, I’m Ava Lacolino – Your Student Volunteer at Midas Physiotherapy!
I’m currently a high school Co-op student with a real passion for kinesiology, human movement, and guiding people through injury recovery. I volunteer at Midas Physiotherapy, where I’m diving into hands-on experience in a clinical environment-shadowing talented physiotherapists and discovering how to empower patients, especially athletes, on their path back to full strength.
Looking ahead, I’m set on earning a four-year Kinesiology degree at Western University, with my sights on partnering with athletes at every level to help them rehab smartly, rebuild confidence, and hit peak performance once more.
Beyond the clinic, I’m all in on competitive club volleyball and volunteering with my club’s development league, where mentoring the next generation of players brings me so much joy. I also cherish quality time with family and friends, hitting the trails for walks, and embracing fresh adventures-like a killer workout or scouting out the latest spot for a great meal.
I’m thrilled to keep evolving, learning, and uplifting others to move with ease, feel amazing, and live even stronger. Let’s keep moving forward-one step at a time!
